Setting the record straight

I am writing in reference to an article in the fifth issue 2003, of the Checkerboard, page 6. In the fourth column, third paragraph from the bottom is a reference to my father, Arthur Pellegrene. It states he failed to field strip a cigarette. I spoke to my father about the incident and he stated it was not him as he has never had a cigarette in his mouth.
