Searching for 324th men years ago

I am searching for two men who served in the 324th Medical Battalion, 99th Infantry Division — John W. Fuller, T/4, Headquarters, and John T. Hamilton, first sergeant, Company B.

I am searching on behalf of Paul Schmitz of Germany, whose mother, Margarethe Schmitz dated a soldier in the 324th at Sourbrodt, Belgium, around Christmas 1944.
