Montrosse needs help
Angelo Montrosse is looking for Chester Briggs, who was promoted to a first lieutenant in Headquarters 370th Field Artillery.
Montrosse was a mail clerk in Hq/370. He said Briggs recommended him for a Bronze Star, which he never received. He'd like to contact Briggs for more information but has lost contact with him. Briggs is not a member of the association.
