Louis David Rohn
I found your name on the Internet as a contact regarding the Army's 99th Infantry Division. I am helping my boyfriend research his family history and he is particularly interested in learning more about his grandfather's role in World War II. Both my boyfriend and his father know very little about this part of his life.
His grandfather's name is Louis David Rohn. I had just received copies of his discharge papers over the weekend and found out that he was in Headquarters Co., 99th Infantry Division. These papers also say he had fought in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Central Europe.
I was wondering if it was possible to find out anything more specific than that. I really didn't know if that was something you could shed some light on.
