Gerald Trescher
I was wondering if you could help me in my quest for information on my grandfather's service. His name was Gerald Trescher. He died a few days ago and I knew next to nothing about his time in the Army. I do know he was in the 99th Division.
My mother tells me his discharge papers say he was a Pfc. So I doubt you would be able to find out too much about him. However, anything would be greatly appreciated.
If anybody knew what his unit or platoon was, or anything, it would help me greatly.
