Aaron receives medals
Former 1st Sgt George Aaron of Q/393 re-enlisted in the Army following WWII and made it his career.
After the Korean War he retired as a warrant officer. He lived in the Aurora CO community near 99th past president Al Nelson who shared this information.
Nearly 200 people attended a special ceremony several months ago at Lowry AFB to honor Aaron and present him the medals he earned through long and distinguished service to his country.
