Frank T. Staiano

I am looking for any information about Pvt. Frank T. Staiano. I don't know what unit he was in but I know he was around Eupen. He was 18 years old when he shipped over in November 1944, and was originally from Camden NJ. He never talked much about his war experiences but did mention that he was in an infantry battalion and a runner. I would appreciate any information anyone may have or could someone at least tell me what a runner did.
