Frank Nowlin
Frank Nowlin
I have a copy of Lt. Frank Nowlin's diary written during and after his capture on or about Dec. 17, 1944, near Flammerheim, Germany. He was first imprisoned at Stalag 12A. The diary details on a daily basis what happened to him, where he was taken, and who was with him during the period up to his release May 6, 1945, when he was trucked from Wittenberg across the Elbe to freedom.
I am interested in contacting anyone who was with him during this time. I am researching my family tree and would like to complete the military record of my mother's cousin.
