Elmer Best
My father, Elmer E. Best, was in the Battle of the Bulge with the 99th Infantry Division. He has been gone since 1988, but I am in possession of many letters and photos. I'd like to get his name out there to hopefully touch base with soldiers he knew or family members like me. He was from Parkers Landing PA.
