Dues notices are in the mail
Members of the association with expiration dates of 12-31-2000 and 12-31-2001 should receive a renewal notice in the next few weeks.
The membership manager sent out more than 2,400 notices during November. A good share of these will be returned all at once and she asks your patience as it takes time to process each check. The average wait is six weeks to get checks deposited. Please be patient.
No one will be "cut-off" the mailing list until all computer files have been updated and checks processed.
If you have sent a check in the past few weeks you may still receive a notice. Disregard it. Your check and the notice probably crossed in the mail.
