Checkerboard Chorus to perform
The ever-popular Checkerboard Chorus, under the capable direction of Bert Burda, again will perform at the 99th Infantry Division Association annual convention at Biloxi MS.
Burda and Stewart Boone will lead the chorus in old favorites during the annual Checkerboard Chorus concert at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 3. The chorus also will perform during the annual Memorial Service at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 4.
According to Boone, there still are CDs available for sale and he will have them on hand at Biloxi.
