Brother needs division history
Your name was referred to me by the VFW in Kansas City MO. I am in search of some detailed information regarding my brother's 99th Division history. He was KIA March 3, 1945, in Germany. His name was 1st Lt. Leon A. Conrath, 99th Infantry Division, 325th Regiment.
There are many military organizations that have published detailed descriptions about their own military activities — has there been one published for the 99th that includes my brother's status? I was in the 8th AF and they published a hardback book that contained day-by-day information. Any information you have would be more than appreciated by me and my family.
