Brother asks for history
My older brother, Wallace E. Penn, deceased May 19, 1998, served in the 99th Infantry Division in Europe and had three battle stars and a Purple Heart.
He never told me much of his wartime experiences in Europe. I'm writing to inquire if there is a history of the division and if I could purchase one, or make a donation to your group as a token of my appreciation.
