Blue envelopes help get mail faster

Pvt. Guy Rubino of Hq. Btry., Div. Arty., has devised a blue envelope system to get his mail delivered to him in his outfit with the least possible delay.

Whenver Rubino sees the blue envelope he knows his girl has written him a letter. He claims the blue cover saves him time sorting out his mail. Men of his battery are so used to seeing the blue envelope that they pick out his letter and carry it to him where he works at Division Artillery Headquarters.
