Where was I/395?

Has anyone traced the route of I/395 during the period of Feb. 8 to July 13, 1945? I remember joining I/395 on a high ridge, then crossing the REmagen Bridge in the early stages of the Rhine crossing. I also remember crossing another river, then being in western Germany at the end of the war.

We were in a city with wide streets. I remember if this was in Czechoslovakia. Any information would be appreciated.
